Did not fix my problem. This program did not fix the huge blank white space, followed by a black column in the list of programs for uninstalling.

uninstall dummy review This program promised to be able to remove any program with just a click of the mouse. Unfortunately, this was not what happened in this case. For some reason, it could not remove a particular program from my computer. After several failed attempts, I've given up trying. If I'm going to remove this program, it'll have to be by physically removing the hard drive. Thanks for trying though, it was a pleasant dream for awhile. However I can't recommend this product as it could not live up to it's promise. Not for THIS dummy anyway...

Does what it says I foolishly deleted the C:/Program Files/whatever folders for some software that I though I'd already removed from Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs, but I hadn't. Of course then you can't get them off of the menu under add-remove programs. This did that. I also then went to the regedit and removed a few more traces of these guys. Sometimes the shell (file extension) file type associations will remain intact even after you've uninstalled something, but installing (or editing prefs on an existing) a replacement program and letting it take over the associations will fix that.

A great product This is a no nonsense easy to to use product.For me, I am trying to delete invalid entries from my Add and Remove Program list but UninstallDummy didn't do it for me. To be fair, none of the other 10 registry cleaners and installer clean-up utilities worked either. I found UninstallDummy easiest to use of them all.

This program is really great... This program is really great, it removed a program that even a pro.tech. couldn't remove.

I used Uninstall Plus to get rid of a programme called Versalsoft which I had been unable to remove through the usual process of adding and removing programmes in the control panel. Uninstall Plus got rid of the programme first time and I have not had any further problems with it!

I managed to solve a longstanding problem with the help of Uninstall Plus. It helped me to remove every remainder of the old version of a programm which I wanted to reinstall. Uninstall plus includes some very useful utilities as for example possibilities to repair any uninstall.exe or to wipe off registry entries and any remainders of programs which to search for one would need eternities. Uninstall Plus so far is a useful tool.

Advertised as a free download, I felt like I was being conned when I found there was a charge to use it. I would have purchased this program if the price had been advertised up front.

That was a great peace of software to uninstall software and fix the registry problems. I used this software for my friends laptop because his computer had lots of problems with antivirus and antispyware software and this software did a great job in fixing them. Thankyou. Jagan

Didn't work, didn't like it because it failed to live up to it's hype and therefore uninstalled it.

Fantastic Did everything it said it did and more!I didnt realise that Internet Explorer 8 Beta left so much rubbish behind in the registry!

The program did not work. I installed the program, but when I went to run it, a bar appeared in the taskbar, but no window loaded up. When I used task manager, it stated that the program had stopped responding. I tried to run it numerous times, but with no luck.

Opinion. Chameleon startup manager is just awesome! I was so much frustrated when my computer takes a lot of time in turning on. Chameleon startup manager solved the problem. :) Thank you so much.

Chameleon Startup Manager Download was very easy. The application is intuitive and seems to work very well. It has allowed me to turn off a number of uneeded operations which has me booting faster.

Nice! but... Would not let me delete unwanted / unnecessary drivers without upgrading. If you want it to be really useful, then you need to upgrade.

Chameleon Startup Manager Free Edition Great idea, but uninstalled because of limitations in Free Edition coupled with requests to upgrade to paid version.

Vista`s Windows Defender. I run vista premium and yesterday windows defender block the startup of chameleon startup manager, stating that is was seen a a threat. Why I do not know.
